Neighborhood : The area is not far from Corvallis but is lower priced

Room for everyone. This is a nice combination of old school charm and nice updates
Opportunities : Most of the effort here has been put into the house. The barn and "critter area" could use some updates and clean up. Its all here, just needs a little TLC and you've got a little mini farm!
Neighborhood : Nice to have the 6 acres for animals. That is hard to find just 10 minutes from town.

Features : I love the feel of this one. Makes you think you are vacation 365 days a year. Lovely feel with lots of wood and vaulted ceilings. Master suite is very private from rest of bedrooms taking up entire top level. Two bedrooms and full bath on main level. VERY nice deer fenced garden area and tons of privacy. Lovely meadow, and woods everywhere you look but yet the sun comes through to make the home feel light.
Opportunities : Kitchen and baths are good but somewhat dated
Neighborhood : I have always loved this "Oak Creek" area. You feel like you are miles away but just a very few (I mean less than 10( minutes from town!

Overall Impressions : Feels like new! Everywhere you look is NEW.
Features : This one was pretty much gutted and redone and it shows. Nearly every surface and fixture was replaced and it has real upbeat contemporary, really open floor plan. This one is really close to Crescent Valley High School and also quick to hiking and biking trails!! AND still in your budget.
Opportunities : Nothing much to do here except perhaps put your personality into the yard. The .45 acre lot is pretty plain and could use some personality.
Neighborhood : Nice little "small community" feel outside the city limits.

Overall Impressions : Wow, if you need lots of bedrooms at an attractive price point, this might be it!
Features : Seller has done a lot of updating here. The great room idea has been put to use and the kitchen has been opened up in a stylish manner. Many modern touches about including beautiful new (what appear to be) engineered wood floors.
Opportunities : The "up to date" feeling needs to be carried through to some of the bedrooms and it is important to note that several bedrooms have been incorporated into what was the garage leaving only driveway apron parking
Neighborhood : This part of town has long been known for good investment and first time home buyers.

Overall Impressions : Very stylish, with view of greenspace and close to hiking paths!
Features : I loved the feeling walking into this house. Everything seems right out of a fashion magazine. Open floor plan makes for great casual elegance. In addition the daylight basement level could easily serve as a wonderful in law or guest suite as all the rudiments of a casual kitchen are already there. Nice open loft family room upstairs is light and airy. Lots of living spaces!!
Opportunities : Gravel path entryway could be a little more conducive to stylish feeling of home if it felt more permanent or incorporated into overall feel
Neighborhood : Neighborhood is always a top seller. This one has a very private spot up against premium greenspace

Overall Impressions : This one is surprising. It looks like a normal split level entry from the front but boy does it open up inside!
Features : Seller and or previous owners really opened up the main living area of this home. Kitchen has been opened up to living and family room and speaking of family rooms, this one is huge. It has tons of windows and really draws in the nicely landscaped back yard. Most of house has had other nice updates but open family room kitchen living area is the real sparkler here. Additional bedroom on lower level with fireplace was the family room in the original floor plan .
Opportunities : I don't know of anything to change. Only drawback is split level entry and that is kind of "baked into the cake" . So much of the house is so great that you just overlook that part of floor plan.
Neighborhood : This are up near the hospital has always been a good seller for mid range housing.

Overall Impressions : What a great Location! What a great floor plan
Features : I love the spacious single level floor plan. This floor plan just works from the minute you walk in the front door. The cul de sac lot and open back yard even borders on a large green space! What else could you ask for.
Opportunities : While this home has obviously been very well cared for it is quite dated in places and many will want to put their own personalization into the kitchen and bathrooms
Neighborhood : Timberhill has always been popular for proximity to parks, trails and excellent schools. Add to this the cul de sac street and proximity to open area and you have a stellar location

Overall Impressions : What's not to love!?!
Features : The minute you walk into this home you get the feeling of "class". Everything appears to be done to the highest and up to date standards. The conservatory sun room is a mind blower (although I wonder what it is like in the summer). In the opposite direction is the formal dining room and sunny living room and all of these rooms have wonderful vistas through BIG windows !

Opportunities : I have no idea what I would change. It is great

Overall Impressions : This is an interesting area just out of the Corvallis city limits across the river into Linn county BUT it does have a Corvallis Address.
Features : This home has room for everyone and every inch of it is interesting! Style, and light abound here. This home was built in 2002 but I assume it has to have had some major upgrades since then. The kitchen is open to the family room and is further enhanced by soaring two story ceilings. Master suite is on the MAIN level and has an exceptional sun room overlooking open fields. This one has been planned and thought through top to bottom!
Opportunities : Access to this area is kind of tough because of having to cross busy traffic on Hwy 34. Also some of the surrounding area is in the flood plain even though the house has been built above that so no flood insurance is needed. Access in extreme weather can be an issue
Neighborhood : Love the country feel of this whole subdivison

Overall Impressions : Great neighborhood Wonderful Floor plan
Features : This part of "Walnut "Park" in NW Corvallis has always stood just a little apart from the larger portion of subdivision south of Walnut. It just seems a little quieter and somehow more stately. This floor plan will work well for anyone. Nice size living room and spacious family room. Plus there are several wonderful "kid sized" bonus areas off some upstairs bedrooms that will delight the child in each of us!
Opportunities : House has a somewhat decidedly dated feel but most of that is cosmetic and just waiting as a blank palette for your bursts of personalization.
Neighborhood : As I stated above this street has a nice stately feel.
5110 Nw Wintercreek Dr
Overall Impressions : Photos don't do it justice. This one is really impressive in person!
Features : What's not to love. Perfect setting, more outbuildings than you can shake a stick at (including a heated studio with kitchenette and bath) AND a remarkable floor plan. Although it says 5154 the size is not intimidating. The flow is remarkable but still space for just about anything you would ever want to do. Very tastefully done to match just about any decore.
Opportunities : Perhaps cleaning up the grounds and pressure washing the outbuildings would give the exterior a lift but I did see this right after a windstorm so not the best conditions!
Neighborhood : Great proximity to Crescent Valley High School and only 5 minutes to town. Classy feeling and private neighborhood

Features : The use of space here is great. There is a great flow to the floor plan and the usable space seems bigger than the total square footage would warrant. Great spacious yard with brand new fencing!

Neighborhood : I used to live in this cute little neighborhood. I found it very convenient to everything and still miss the location.

Overall Impressions : Great floor plan with lots of flexibility in popular SW neighborhod
Features : I think this is one of the better floor plans in this subdivision. Somehow they got both a comfortable living room and great family room out of this 1866 square foot home.
Opportunities : As I recall the carpeting is a bit tired but that is easily taken care of
Neighborhood : It is very convenient to just about everything AND brand new Dutch Brothers coffer right around the corner!!

Overall Impressions : More than meets the eye. Streetside appearance belies a wonderful interior with sumptuous upgrades.
Features : From front to back this one has been updated and improved. Actually it looks like a model home inside. It doesn't appear that anything has been held back. Gourmet kitchen with skylight, spacious living areas, multiple decks, many with view, master bath heated floors. You will feel very pampered here.
Opportunities : The stairs to get to main level are many and many different levels inside may create mobility issues if impaired but otherwise adds great interest to floor plan.
Neighborhood : This one is convenient to everything. Walk to shopping and bus lines. Its all a stone's throw away.

Overall Impressions : Walk out your back door and into forested setting. This one has a prime location very close to walking and biking trails.
Features : There is no shortage of flair, style and quality here. You are immediately hit by the luxuriously tall ceilings on BOTH floors. Yes at 4135 sq ft there is no shortage of space but the tall ceilings just compound that feeling of openness. You'll love the beautifully appointed kitchen, wrought Iron staircase, huge formal dining area lovely main level master retreat AND that coveted location.
Opportunities : I cant think of anything to change here. It even has a main level master suite.
Neighborhood : Proximity to trails, athletic club and forested setting right out behind house.

Overall Impressions : Nice tidy starter home with generous yard
Features : I like that this home is at the end of a little cul de sac! Nice and quiet. This home has had numerous updates including high efficiency gas forced air heat, many new floor coverings and really nice updated master bath
Opportunities : Maybe a little too much variety in floor coverings but all are done nicely
Neighborhood : This SE neighborhood has always sold well and appreciated well. Many young families have gotten their start there.

The yard is described by the listing agent as a "tranquil oasis!". She is right. I had a hard time coming back inside I was so charmed by the yard!
Opportunities : Curb appeal from what appears to be a partial garage conversion gives the wrong impression. DO come in!
Neighborhood : This one is close to everything and is a lovely northwest neighborhood.

Overall Impressions : Oh wow! If you are a fan of mid century modern, this is it!

Opportunities : Everywhere you look it is dated. If you like vintage wall paper this is your home. Seriously this home needs tons up updating but seems priced to reflect this given the neighborhood it is in.
