Great wood fired pizzas! Owned by a young baking chef that loves working with dough. Highly recommend this place. Plan on take out as there are only a handful of seats at a window counter. It is behind the Cupcake Shop.
Cool stuff happening here at this indie, boutique brokerage. How many pineapples can you count in the office? John and the rest of the team are doing great work!
Think Chipotle but local, hip and even more delicious! Burritos, bowls and tacos. Spicy or not so spicy, you make the call. Nice touch with the big screens just in case a game is on. Burritos are huge and Cindy always saves half for lunch the next day. Just north of Central and everything that has to offer!
My favorite breakfast joint in St Pete! Family owned and run, it is the quintessential diner. Only open til 1pm, which means no breakfast for dinner :(. The decor is exclusively Marilyn Monroe posters and photos and the staff knows all the regulars. John’s Special, a mashup of eggs, home fries and your choice of meat is the the most popular menu on the item. If you stop in on a Saturday morning around 8am, find me and say hi!
Fantastic local market. Produce, baked goods, local artists, local musicians playing. If you need an empanada or some kombucha or some upcycled art, stop on by. 9am to 2pm in the Al Lang Stadium parking lot every Saturday
Our local theater just blocks from anywhere in downtown St.Pete. Super cool separate section for those can’t miss indie films. As I type this, we are catching “The Disaster Artist”. Beer and wine also available. It’s also part of the Sundial complex with has the amazing Locale Market. Look for that in another insight!
Great hotel with a cool porch with lots of seating for a drink or two. Right on the marina and Beach Dr, the adirondack chairs are a great spot to chill on a warm day. The Sunday brunch here is out of this world good! Try the Vanilla Pancakes!
The MFA brought in a costumes of Star Wars exhibit with over 70 pieces from the entire franchise. It was extraordinary. We took our family and were impressed with the space and presentation. The museum is right down on the Marina and the MFA Cafe is a nice place to grab a quick bite.
This neighborhood bar says it all in the name. Drinks are cheap! It is our go to when we want to grab a quick bite and a brew. My favorite is the Elvis burger. Peanut butter on your cheese burger? Yes, please!!
The newest office for Fidelity National Title -Tampa District. Located at 3401 N 4th St, the Metro Office has an escrow operation and training center downstairs with a portion of the district admin team located on the second floor. The building has a rich history in the real estate space and we are proud of the space and we know you will be proud to bring your clients here for their closing. Call us at 727 369-5130.
The older of the two Publix stores in downtown St Pete, this store has wonderful employees that really make a difference. Cindy and I always leave with a smile after the warm reception we always receive. The deli is top notch and can get busy at lunch. They also have a nice selection of craft beers if that is your thing!
We wondered what kind of Mexican food we would find in St Petersburg since Cindy and I were born and raised in San Diego. Well, Red Mesa was an awesome find! Not a run of the mill Mexican place, but a step up with interesting takes on traditional fare. They have 3 different levels with a rooftop cantina recently completed. Give it a shot if you find yourself in #DTSP
One of our stops along Beach Drive. Casual Italian with all the favorites as well as a local touch, like the Grouper Picatta. Cool space with a friendly staff makes for a nice meal!
