A place for everyone! I like this home a lot; there's private spaces and family areas with a central kitchen. Very well maintained, clean and updated. Close to Hiway 1 for easy commute to the Peninsula or Santa Cruz and over the hill. Close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, schools. parks, and the beach! Ideal for a growing family!
Initially I thought it was a triplex because of the three garages but it is just one house and from the top floor there is an ocean view and it's got a huge basement which can't be use the square footage but it certainly consider living space
Very clean, open, and completely move in ready. Arched doorways, skylights, and it has a nice flow. The front door opens to the living room area with 2 steps up into the dining room/kitchen , it's a nice separation without a wall closing the rooms off.
Love the size of the house and the lot. I don't like that it's on a one-way street that ends with an apartment complex before you can get out onto a regular street ;0(
Family! It's a warm and welcoming, with a carefree feel of the family lifestyle! The owners have made great choices in their remodel and made the highest and best use of the square footage, and outdoor space.
This is a beautiful home, it's very clean and move in ready. The property is manicured and welcoming, the space is used very well. There's a area for a garden, or a dog run, and it's low maintenance.
This is an incredible home! I love it! It's bigger than 99% of homes in Oak Hills and it's single story. The open floor plan is just right, with enough structure to make it family friendly. The yard is ideal too! This is a perfect home, call me and let's go see it! But, don't look if you're not ready to buy because it won't last and it's a tough one to match.

Peaceful, and Private. I almost missed the home! It's sloped down from the street down a lit drive and lands you at this gorgeous front door and serene setting of lush gardens and landscape.
